2021年11月30日-12月2日，第十七屆中國(guó)（上海）國(guó)際鑄造展覽會(huì)\第十七屆中國(guó)（上海）國(guó)際鑄件產(chǎn)品展，我公司將攜帶樣品參加展出，屆時(shí)歡迎各位行業(yè)人士來(lái)我司展臺(tái)參觀、洽談。
無(wú)錫市堡明精密鑄造有限公司 網(wǎng)址：www.wxbmzz.com無(wú)錫市堡明精密鑄造有限公司，廠房約5000平方米，占地面積10畝，員工約50人，企業(yè)致力于生產(chǎn)碳鋼、不銹鋼系列材料的精密鑄鋼件及成品，采用全硅溶膠工藝，是一個(gè)熔模鑄造的規(guī)模化專業(yè)生產(chǎn)基地，集精密鑄造廠和機(jī)械加工廠為一體，年可生產(chǎn)精密鑄件及各類精鑄成品件300噸左右，主要出口至歐美及日本等國(guó)。 企業(yè)位于太湖之濱鵝湖鎮(zhèn)，不僅擁有全套的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施與設(shè)備：打蠟機(jī)、涂料設(shè)備、脫蠟設(shè)施、中頻電爐、培燒爐、電爐回火、電焊機(jī)、氬焊機(jī)、拋丸機(jī)、車床、刨床、銑床、壓機(jī)等，還置有本行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的檢測(cè)設(shè)備：光譜分析儀、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)等。上述裝備完全能確保提供給客戶高精度的最終鑄件成品件，同時(shí)能滿足客戶對(duì)材料的理化性能、精度尺寸檢測(cè)等全方位的要求。 本公司產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用范圍十分廣泛，幾乎涵蓋整個(gè)裝備制造業(yè)和機(jī)械制造加工業(yè)的可應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，主要有：船舶、食品機(jī)械、泵閥等等。本公司工藝流程及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理體系經(jīng)ISO9001質(zhì)量認(rèn)證。能熟練執(zhí)行國(guó)標(biāo)（GB）、美標(biāo)(AISI)、日標(biāo)(JIS)等。目前應(yīng)用的材料主要有25鋼、304鋼、316鋼、316L鋼。 Wuxi City Bao Ming Precision Casting Co., Ltd., plant about 5000 square meters, covers an area of 10 mu, about 50 employees, enterprisededicated to the production of carbon steel, stainless steel materials,precision casting and finished product, using full silica sol process lost waxprocess advanced, investment casting is a large-scale professional production base, set plant and machinery processing factory precision casting as a whole, the annual production of precision casting and all kinds of precision casting products 300 tons, mainly exported to Europe and the United States and Japan and other countries.
