本公司位于浙江省紹興市柯橋區(qū)漓渚鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)園區(qū)。
公司成立于2003年8月份，專業(yè)生產(chǎn)泵體和閥門零件為主的精密鑄件，同時生產(chǎn)化工機械、消防配件、船用五金、汽車零件、紡織機械等零件的鑄造、加工和裝配。采用中溫蠟、低溫蠟全硅溶膠工藝、機械手制殼、中頻快速熔煉工藝。
公司具備強大的機械加工能力，其中加工中心4臺，數(shù)控車床15臺、直徑850大數(shù)控車床、數(shù)控銑床、清洗生產(chǎn)線等機械加工設備，產(chǎn)品表面光潔美觀、尺寸精度高。零件的材質(zhì)包括不銹鋼、合金鋼、碳鋼等，涵蓋國標和歐美日等各國的國家標準，如ASTM、AISI、DIN、JIS、BS等等�？梢蕴峁┧嵯�、拋丸、噴丸、噴砂、手工拋光、電拋光、電鍍、噴塑、研磨、絎磨等不同狀態(tài)的鑄件及其精加工成品。

The company is located in industrial zone of Lizhu Town, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.
Founded in August 2003, the company specializes in the production of precision castings with pump and valve parts as the main part, and also in the casting, processing and assembly of chemical machinery, fire fighting accessories, marine hardware, automobile parts, textile machinery and other parts. Medium temperature wax, low temperature wax silica sol process, shell-making by manipulator and medium frequency fast melting process are adopted.
The company has strong mechanical processing capabilities, including 4 processing centers, 15 CNC lathes, 850 diameter CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, cleaning production lines and other mechanical processing equipment, the product surface is smooth and beautiful, high dimensional accuracy. The material of the parts includes stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel and so on. It covers national standards and national standards of Europe, America and Japan, such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS, BS and so on. It can provide casting and finished products in different states such as pickling, shot blasting, shot blasting, hand polishing, electropolishing, electroplating, spraying, grinding and quilting.
