2019年10月30日-11月1日，第十五屆中國（上海）國際鑄造展覽會\第十五屆中國（上海）國際鑄件產(chǎn)品展，我公司將攜帶樣品參加展出，屆時歡迎各位行業(yè)人士來我司展臺參觀、洽談。
浙江人一閥門制造有限公司 網(wǎng)址：www.renyi-valve.com浙江人一閥門制造有限公司建立于2000年，坐落于被稱為“中國泵閥之鄉(xiāng)”的甌北鎮(zhèn)安豐工業(yè)園區(qū)，企業(yè)經(jīng)過近十多年的發(fā)展，目前已成為一家生產(chǎn)技術(shù)雄厚，現(xiàn)代化管理模式，是溫州及周邊地區(qū)規(guī)模較大實(shí)力相當(dāng)?shù)亩嘣髽I(yè)。公司占地面積8000平方米，現(xiàn)有員工150人，工程技術(shù)人員23人。已通過ISO9001：2000國際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證,歐盟CE認(rèn)證，TS認(rèn)證，并于04到15連續(xù)15年被評為“明星企業(yè)”。 我司擁有四大主車間，一車間全硅溶膠鑄造（中溫）、二車間全硅溶膠鑄造（低溫）、三車間樹脂砂、四車間精加工，各有流水線選型生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。樹脂砂再生造型線2套、2噸中頻爐一臺、0.75噸中頻爐二臺、0.4噸中頻爐二臺、0.15噸精煉爐二臺、15噸、20噸電爐熱處理一臺、大型噴拋清理設(shè)備六臺。新導(dǎo)入國內(nèi)先進(jìn)全硅溶膠設(shè)備：壓蠟機(jī)8臺、臥式模頭射蠟機(jī)、快速蠟水分離器與復(fù)合水玻璃二套精密鑄造設(shè)備，產(chǎn)品尺寸精確度高，光潔度好，特適用于結(jié)構(gòu)不易加工的鑄件。主要檢測設(shè)備有日本島津高精度光譜儀、物理機(jī)械性能檢測設(shè)備及磁粉探傷、γ射線探傷、超聲波探傷、拉力儀器、沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)等檢測設(shè)備。專業(yè)生產(chǎn)各類牌號鑄件。 我司材質(zhì)主要為：雙相鋼、不銹鋼、中低合金鋼、碳鋼等。產(chǎn)品以毛坯、粗加工或精加工狀態(tài)交貨。年生產(chǎn)能力為6000噸，單件重量可從5克到7噸均可做。企業(yè)秉承“以人主本、科技創(chuàng)新、優(yōu)質(zhì)高效”的發(fā)展理念，以市場為導(dǎo)向，以客戶為中心，以創(chuàng)新為動力，現(xiàn)已成為國內(nèi)外眾多著名泵閥、機(jī)械及汽車零部件生產(chǎn)商的重要合作伙伴，產(chǎn)品銷售全國各地及歐美、中東、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家。 “人一”竭誠歡迎各界朋友垂詢惠顧，“人一”將以一流的品質(zhì)，合理的價格，周到的服務(wù)，快捷的交貨期回報國內(nèi)外新老客戶。 ZHEJIANG RENYI VALVE MANUFACTURING CO., LTD Was established in 2000, is located in " hometown of pump and valve" Anfeng industrial Area,Oubei Town,Yongjia Country,Wenzhou. the company after nearly 10 years of development, has become a production technology is strong, modern management mode, it is the larger strength rather diversified enterprise in circumjacent area wenzhou. The company existing staff is150 ,of which 23 are senior technical staff. We has already been accredited to ISO9001:2000 and CE and TS.Meanwhile,we are awarded medals of “Star Enterprise” from 2004 to 2013. Our factory has four main workshops. The first workshop is specialized in manufacturing ludox investment castings and the second workshop is specialized in producing investment castings of mixed mode process and the third workshop’s processes include water glass and resin sand and the fourth workshop is finish machining. In addition, our company is possessed of advanced and developed equipments, including one 2-ton intermediate frequency furnace, two 0.75-ton intermediate frequency furnaces, two 0.4-ton intermediate frequency furnaces, two 0.15-ton refining furnaces, one 15-ton electric furnace heat treatment, one 20-ton electric furnace heat treatment, two sets of resin sand recycling molding line ,six sets of blast cleaning plants. Meanwhile, We introduce high technology equipment:wax injector 8,horizontal die wax pattern machine,fast wax water separator and many other equipments from both home and abroad such as lost-wax casting equipments, owning high-precision dimension and good smoothness, are especially suitable for castings that are not easytomachine.Besides,our factory is equipped with various testing equipments:high-precisionspectroscopic instruments, r-ray flaw detection equipments, physical mechanical properties testing equipments, supersonic flaw detecion plants, magnetic powder inspection devices and so on.Renyi valve manufacturing Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer of various castings. The materials include duplex steel, stainless steel, low and middle alloy steel, carbon steel and so forth. Our annual capacity is 6000 tons and the weight of single-piece ranges from 5g to 7tons.
