2019年10月30日-11月1日，第十五屆中國（上海）國際鑄造展覽會\第十五屆中國（上海）國際鑄件產(chǎn)品展，我公司將攜帶樣品參加展出，屆時歡迎各位行業(yè)人士來我司展臺參觀、洽談。

本廠創(chuàng)辦于2006年, 生產(chǎn)沖壓件和機加工件, 新建鑄鋼件廠房占地面積25畝, 主要采用低溫蠟水玻璃精密鑄造和中溫蠟硅溶膠精密鑄造工藝。 生產(chǎn)設(shè)備有：300kg中頻感應(yīng)電爐5套, 150kg中頻感應(yīng)電爐1套, 天然氣焙燒爐2臺、整套爐前化學(xué)分析設(shè)備及光譜儀，金相顯微鏡，拉力測驗機，超聲波探傷儀等，具有年產(chǎn)精密鑄鋼件8000噸以上的能力；機加工車間配備了數(shù)控車、線切割、立銑、臥銑、萬能銑、刨、鉆等設(shè)備，可按要求提供各種鑄鋼件。涉及到產(chǎn)品材料種類: 普碳鋼, 合金金, 不銹鋼。材質(zhì)元素采用跟蹤方式，具體執(zhí)行按GB、ASTM、BS、ISO、JIS、DIN等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。鑄件重量可以做到0.005kg到100kg，產(chǎn)品有商用車配件，卡車配件，農(nóng)業(yè)機械配件，電梯配件，船用配件，鐵路配件和叉車配件等. 我廠在質(zhì)量管理上實現(xiàn)了全面科學(xué)管理，并通過ISO9001:2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認證，優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品和一流的服務(wù)贏得了客戶的信賴，熱忱歡迎每一位客戶到廠指導(dǎo)、考察、合作。 Ningbo Yuhua Industrial(Group) Co.,Limited was found in 2006, with products range of Stamping parts and machining parts, expand the new plant of lost wax casting which covers area 16000 square meters, specialzing in the manufacturing of low-temperature wax sodium silicate precision casting and middle-temperature wax silica sol precision casting. We own the equipments with 5 sets of 300kgs medium-frequency induction furnaces, 1 set of 150kgs medium-frequency induction furnaces, 2 sets of natural gas combustion furnaces, whole furnace front chemistry analysis equipment & spectrometer, Metallographic microscope, Tension Tester, ultrasonic flaw detector and ect. We has the capacity to produce precision steel castings more than 8000 tons per year. And, the machining plant was equipped with CNC machine such as lathe, universal milling machine, vertical milling machine, horizontal milling machin, plane machine, drilling machine and line cutting etc, to provide the casting parts as you like. The product is usually made of carbon steel & alloy steel and stainless steel, material element can be used the tracking mode and specific implementation is followed the terms of standards GB, ASTM, BS, ISO, JIS, DIN etc, weight range is from 0.005kg to 100kgs. Our casting parts range is engaged in Commercial vehicles spare parts, Truck spare parts, Agricultural machinery spare parts, Elevator spare parts, Shipping spare parts, Railway spare parts, Forklift spare parts and so on.
