     公司占地面積30畝，共有員工84名，公司投資4500萬(wàn)元引進(jìn)德國(guó)和臺(tái)灣的高端精密金屬鑄造制品生產(chǎn)線和工藝技術(shù),并成立了CNC精加工車(chē)間。公司有300KW中頻爐5套，雙工位免缸液壓射蠟機(jī)9臺(tái)、環(huán)保型20槽蠟液保溫箱自動(dòng)輸蠟系統(tǒng)2套、環(huán)保型快速全自動(dòng)蠟水分離器2臺(tái)、德國(guó)斯派克光譜儀一臺(tái)、全自動(dòng)沾漿機(jī)械手生產(chǎn)線1條、CNC加工中心8臺(tái)，Q378\Q326拋丸機(jī)6臺(tái)及成套配套設(shè)備。
     鑄件材質(zhì)包括不銹鋼類(lèi)、耐熱鋼、高溫合金（人體內(nèi)置關(guān)節(jié)，GB17100-1997\司太立合金ASTM F75）、食品級(jí)等的產(chǎn)品等，涉及的行業(yè)有航天部件、核工業(yè)設(shè)施零部件、高爾夫球球頭、軍工產(chǎn)品（對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)開(kāi)放）部件、衛(wèi)浴潔具、汽車(chē)行業(yè)國(guó)六EGR系統(tǒng)及新能源汽車(chē)、華為5G配套產(chǎn)品等，其中30%的業(yè)務(wù)是出口國(guó)外市場(chǎng)。

Anhui Rongjie Precision Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in the national economic development zone of Funan County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, specialising in the production and provision of investment casting (silicone sol process) stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, high-temperature alloy steel precision casting products. As well as sanitary stainless steel pipe clamps, CDLF pumps, valve products.
    The company covers an area of 30 acres, a total of 84 employees, the company invested 45 million yuan to introduce Germany and Taiwan's high-end precision metal casting products production line and technology, and set up a CNC finishing workshop.
